I over expose the sky because It was not my main focus in the photo & I didnt care for it. I like over exposing in some situations + I love glares. Style, creation and taste is what makes photographers different from each other.

Also you will have the beautiful color of the sky.
Also think aperture 4.5 is not enough for such distance between you and your subject.
